After the order is made, you will receive an email confirming the success of the order, only if you are a registered user. If you place an order as a visitor to our website, the confirmation will be displayed on your display after you complete the order. Our operator will contact you only if there is a problem with the availability of the products. If the order is made on Friday after 16h or during the weekend, the operator will contact you on a working day. During the sale period, only products that are available in stock will be delivered.

The courier service delivers to your address from Monday to Friday from 8-16h, and on Saturday from 8-15h. For that purpose, a person is needed who will be present at the address indicated for delivery. Normal delivery time is up to 5 working days.

The minimum order amount is 3000 denars, and delivery is free for all of Macedonia.

The cost of delivery is an obligation of MG MUSIC MANAGEMENT AGENCY DOOEL Skopje in the first delivery attempt. If the order is returned by the courier service due to an unsuccessful attempt to contact the client, and the client wants to receive it, the cost of delivery is borne by the client.

If a size change is required which was properly delivered by MG MUSIC MANAGEMENT AGENCY DOOEL Skopje, the cost of returning and taking on a new size is borne by the buyer.
